Jon Tripp was my realtor for the purchase of my first home. I had an excellent experience. Eleven years later I asked Jon to help me sell that home and purchase a larger one to accommodate the needs of my growing family. Our situation had changed abruptly and I was not prepared to sell our home. Jon came by and surveyed the house. He provided constructive ideas about things I could improve to show the house to the greatest effect within a short timeframe (and with a small budget). In roughly two or three weeks we had utilized Jon's suggestions and he placed the house on the market. Despite foul weather which made for inhospitable showing conditions, Jon had us under contract in five days! Not only were we already under contract, but the offer we accepted was for the full asking price. To make that feat even more impressive, Jon had convinced me to list the property for significantly more than what I thought it was worth. We closed on that contract smoothly without incident or surprises. Concurrently, Jon was helping us find our next house which we seamlessly closed on the same day. During the entire process Jon guided us through everything while sorting out as many of the details as he could on his own. Jon thought of possible contingencies and the solutions before I even considered it. Most importantly Jon made himself available on no notice to discuss or re-discuss questions and concerns that I had. I cannot recommend Jon highly enough.
